We’ve developed features inside ConvertBox specifically designed to make it easier to for you to ensure your forms comply with rules set in GDPR.
In some cases you may need to get consent from visitors when they subscribe to your newsletter. In these cases using ConvertBox you can easily add one or more granular consent checkboxes inside your forms and choose whether they are required or not.
When the visitor submits your form and selects the consent checkbox we pass this field to your email service provider with the value as “True” so you know consent has been given and you can run automations accordingly.
ConvertBox has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that provides contractual terms to meet GDPR requirements and clarify our data privacy and security commitments to our customers.
You can view and download our DPA here.
You may contact our support staff by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We endeavour to respond to all messages within 24 hours, but depending on the nature of your request and our support load, it may take longer.
