Recently development has been working on a number of ConvertBox elements and integrations to ensure that your opt-in forms can continue working to help you build your email list.
See the full list of our recent updates below!
ConvertBox now supports all versions of MailerLite: Previously we supported MailerLite Classic, and not their newer version. Our integration has been updated to support their most recent API version and now all existing versions of MailerLite will work.
Klaviyo Updated: Klaviyo updated their API version in June, and changes have been made to ensure that their newest version is supported.
InfusionSoft (Keap) Oauth2 now supported: This update ensures that new connections can be authenticated via API keys, and that existing connections continue to integrate with Keap.
Bug Fix – Platformly integration not working: Users reported that Platformly projects were not loading within ConvertBox and that leads were not being added to Platformly, but our development team have been able to resolve this to ensure that contacts are created with the correct segments/tags.
Bug Fix – Teaser Feature: When the Teaser feature was enabled on a ConvertBox, the ConvertBox would not show up on the page. Development has resolved this to ensure that the teaser feature works again.
Bug Fix – Conflict with WP page builders: There was a conflict with some page editing functionality with a number of WordPress page builders that offered front-end page editing due to a mutual library that was used where the versioning was different. This included BuddyPress, Oxygen Builder, Beaver Builder, and likely others. This has been resolved to prevent those conflicts moving forward.
